Ashley Wakelee, APRNCNP, is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound Specialist with over twenty years of experience in healthcare, including seven years dedicated to wound care. Recognizing the critical impact proper wound management has on overall patient health, Ashley is committed to patient education and empowering individuals to actively participate in their healing process. Her unwavering dedication to continuous learning and professional development underscores her commitment to advancing the field of wound care.
CHRISTOPHER D. SMITH, MD
Christopher D. Smith, MD, a family medicinetrained physician, proudly serves at St. Anthony Hospital as a hospitalist, providing wound care services in the community and managing post-acute patients. During his residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Dr. Smith was honored with the Resident of the Year award for two consecutive years. His patient care philosophy revolves around empowering patients to make informed healthcare decisions through education, fostering a collaborative approach to create positive healing experiences with the patient’s best interests in mind.
